SusanBritney Loses Visitation Rights

A court commissioner has awarded sole custody of Britney Spears' two young sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline.He has also suspended the troubled US pop star's visitation rights. Surely for Britney things cannot get any worse. There can be little more dreadful than being unable to see your own children, especially when they are so young - Sean Preston is two, and Jayden James just one year.
Los Angeles commissioner Scott Gordon issued a ruling the day after Spears was hauled away from her home to a hospital by paramedics after police had to intervene when she refused to return the children to Kevin Federline after a court-monitored visit.
Federline had previously been awarded temporary custody of the two boys because Britney had defied court orders, resulting in limitations on her visitation.
Her latest troubles began late Thursday when officers were called to her home to help resolve a dispute over her refusal to return the children to Federline as agreed. It apparently took three hours to resolve the conflict and Britney was taken to hospital.
It has been distressing to see the videos footage of the even shown on news programmes. It is clear that Britney is a young woman in a chronic state of crisis who needs some urgent help. Only time will tell if losing the right to see her sons will push her down further or result in some much needed improvements to her mental health. Right now she needs the right help and support to be able to be a proper mum to her sons, and once she has it she needs to stick at it for the long haul.
Come on Britney. Get better for the sake of your children if you are unable to do it for yourself. They need you.
