It has been a dramatic year for the Spears Family and now Britney's sister has hit the headlines.According to OK! magazine, Britney’s Spears 16 year old sister Jamie Lynn is expecting a baby by her long-term boyfriend Casey Aldridge. The teenager announced her news to her family at Thanksgiving and told the rest of the story to the celebrity magazine.
Jamie Lynn is a high school student in Louisiana. She is also the star of Nickelodeon's "Zoey 101." She is said to be 12 weeks pregnant.

News that she was going to become a grandmother again came as a shock to Jamie Lynn's mother Lynne who admitted to OK! that it came out of the blue.
Lynne Spear's planned parenting handbook on how to bring up celebrity children has been put on hold by her publishers as of this week.
Hopefully 2008 will be a better year for them all. It is never good to see a family in crisis, especially when young children are involved.

Jamie Lynn told OK!
“It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected. I was in complete and total shock and so was he.”
After finding out she was pregnant, Jamie Lynn apparently waited two weeks before she told her parents. “I needed to work out what I would do for myself before I let anyone's opinion affect my decision...Then I told my parents and my friends. I was scared, but I had to do what was right for me.”

“I didn't believe it because Jamie Lynn's always been so conscientious. She's never late for her curfew. I was in shock. I mean, this is my 16-year-old baby.”
